Jason Donahue
Broker
Jason Donahue is the broker and principal for FEOH Realty, LLC. Jason has 21 years of experience in commercial real estate and development. Jason has assisted Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. with the selection and acquisition of 60 new Super Centers and Sam’s projects in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He is currently coordinating 20+ projects in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. Jason has closed over $160 million in real estate transactions paving the way for an investment of $1.5 billion. Prior to the formation of FEOH Realty, LLC, Jason was a partner in the firm of ECDC Realty in Summerville, South Carolina for eleven years; Project Manager with Langley Properties Company of Lexington, Kentucky; Vice-President of Monterra Development Corporation in Logan, West Virginia; and began his career as the Executive Director of the Logan County Development Authority in Logan, West Virginia. Jason is a native of West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Cum Laude, with honors. Jason has been married to Janet Donahue for 16 years, and they have four children.

Janet Donahue graduated Summa cum laude from Charleston Southern University with a BSN. As a registered nurse for nearly twenty years, she mastered the skills of listening and responding to the needs of others. Her fields of experience ranged from Emergency to Psychiatric care. She now uses her exceptional communication skills in real estate sales and leasing. She is dedicated to providing quality service. Janet is licensed in both WV and NC. For the past five years she has gained experience and expertise in tenant representation, leasing, and commercial land sales with Feoh Realty. She is the mother of four children and resides in Morgantown with her husband Jason. She enjoys exercise, cooking and spending time outdoors with her family.
